John has 25+ years of Leadership experience that has spanned several industries. Over the past 15 years, John has provided solutions for human resource and talent acquisition professionals in the areas of home health, insurance, digital marketing, leadership development, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). John is passionate about culture and employee engagement and partners with organizations to design custom solutions that meet their unique hiring challenges. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Hueman RPO, John finds great fulfillment in connecting people to recruiting solutions that place emphasis on culture and finding the right candidates that fit a company's mission, vision and values. John and his wife, Libby, live near Pittsburgh, PA with their three children. John has a BA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
