For the fourth year, the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA), a trade association dedicated to promoting the RPO industry, and Everest Group, a global consulting and research firm specializing in technology, business processes, and engineering, collaborate on presenting this informative event.
The webinar will provide the audience with a comprehensive overview of the current state of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) market. Attendees can expect to gain insights into the latest market size and growth projections, as the Everest team has been closely monitoring and revising their forecasts in response to the changing economic conditions. The presenters will also delve into the key trends shaping the RPO industry, offering the audience a deeper understanding of the driving factors behind these market dynamics.
Additionally, the webinar will explore the alignment, or potential mismatch, between what RPO buyers are seeking and the services that providers are currently offering. This discussion is expected to provide valuable perspective for both buyers and providers, helping them better align their strategies and expectations.
Finally, the webinar will offer guidance on the avenues of growth and opportunities within the RPO industry. The presenters will share their research and insights on where the most promising areas of expansion lie, whether it be by industry, engagement type, or specific service offerings.
