Aniruddha (Ani) Kulkarni is a Practice Director with Everest Group – a research and custom decision support firm that specializes in global services and technologies. At Everest Group, Ani leads the firm’s agenda in talent acquisition – both permanent and contingent talent. His team at Everest Group has been tracking the global Recruitment Process Outsourcing ((RPO) market for over a decade. He also led the research on Everest Group’s flagship report – Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) 2021 PEAK Matrix® which assesses the capabilities of major RPO service providers.

Rob held leadership roles at global companies like SAS, Capital One, Aimia and Aon. He has led large sized recruitment teams of up to 55 recruiting professionals within RPO and internal corporate recruitment functions across Canada, the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

As a proven Talent Acquisition leader, Rob has designed, built and executed creative and scalable recruitment strategies to support up to 18,000 hires per year. He has also led the design and implementation of various innovative recruitment and sourcing tools including: application tracking systems, data analytics, media cloud, CRMs, assessments, text recruiting and video interviewing. Based in Toronto, Rob lives with his partner of 17 years and their beautiful Chocolate Labrador dog, Summer. He loves to travel and is a big believer in health & fitness so when not at work, you can find him discovering a new city, country or at the gym putting in a great workout.

As a Managing Director of Client Services at AMS, Chip Homes is responsible for the overall leadership and management of global talent acquisition teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Cherice has product, operations & delivery, and Client management oversight for the RPO Solution, which includes leadership of a Global Team of over 400, consisting of Recruiting Directors, Operations Managers and Leads, Recruiting Team Members (Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators) and Recruiting and Sourcing Strategists. She is responsible for Team & Client Management, driving program results and growth, managing a large P&L, ongoing innovation and strategy, new Client sales and all operations related items. Additionally, Cherice leads the ongoing strategy and enhancements for the RPO Product, which includes developing new offerings/solutions, go to market strategy, driving new innovation and ongoing technology strategy.
