Lokesh Goyal

Lokesh Goyal

Lokesh Goyal is a Practice Director at Everest Group and a member of the Business Process Services (BPS) team. He manages key areas across talent acquisition and HR outsourcing (HRO) across both published and custom decision support offerings. He assists clients on multiple topics within the overall talent & HRO ecosystem, such as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employee experience management (EXM), rewards and recognition (R&R) solutions, as well as other related areas. Prior to joining Everest Group, Lokesh worked as a business strategy consultant with CBRE Group and as a senior project lead at GMR Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, India, and a master’s degree in business administration from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi, India.


Sailesh Hota
Practice Director at Everest Group

Sailesh Hota is a Practice Director within the Business Process Services team and manages Everest Group’s Talent Acquisition Research offerings.

Leveraging his significant expertise, he has assisted several global service providers and enterprises with market entry, business strategy, segment prioritization, go-to-market support, M&A scan, and process transformation. He is also currently a Sustainability Fellow and is responsible for deepening Everest Group's ESG research initiatives.

He has also developed extensive thought leadership regarding the Future of Work and has extensive research experience across Talent Acquisition and HR services and technologies.

Kim Davis is a serial entrepreneur and talent acquisition and outsourcing subject matter expert. Successfully started and sold three (3) talent acquisition firms…4th largest career transition firm, top 10 contingency recruitment business, top 15 retain search firm, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm ranked #5 on the HRO Today RPO Baker’s Dozen list, Inc. 500 Company, and the first talent acquisition firm to be ISO 9001 registered and Q1 certified.

Kim helped two major corporations (Pontoon/Adecco and Sourceright/Randstad/Spherion) start their RPO practices as global industry leaders. He led Yoh RPO in getting recognized as only 1 of 4 global RPO providers as a Shining Star and Leading Contender on the Everest Group's RPO PEAK Matrix report. He also helped Yoh achieve #3 status on the HRO Today Total Talent Management Baker’s Dozen list.

Kim led Spherion’s strategic account and temporary staffing national sales program. He grew the group from 2 to 33 strategic accounts and $10 million to $750 million in sales in just two years. Kim has significant experience in M&A, coaching, and leadership consulting. A former Vistage Chair, he helped CEOs and senior executives become better leaders, make better decisions, deliver better results, and grow both professionally and personally. Kim acted as a personal advisor and coach to CEOs of several large national and global recruitment firms.

Kim is a renowned speaker featured in webcasts and conferences. He authored numerous articles and whitepapers that were published in several trade publications with topics ranging from the future of talent acquisition to, most recently, the myths and features of RPO. In addition, Kim served two terms as an HRO Today board member, providing vision and direction for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) verticals. Kim acted as personal advisor and coach to CEOs of startups, small, midsize, and enterprise national/global recruitment firms.

Joe Marino-2

Joe Marino
Chief Operating Officer at Hueman People Solutions

Joe is a founding member of Hueman People Solutions and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. He joined Hueman in 2009 and currently oversees business development, marketing, finance, and IT. Joe is heavily involved in Hueman’s mergers and acquisitions as well as setting the overall business strategy. In addition to our primary service offering, RPO, we also offer direct hire and executive search services, talent acquisition consulting services, and digital recruitment marketing solutions. Joe manages the Albuquerque Office and plays an active role in engaging Hueman’s remote team members. He has a firm commitment to driving the organization's culture, known as ‘A Culture-by-Design’. 

Joe has 25 years of experience within the recruiting and consulting industry, spending time within large, publicly traded organizations such as AMN Healthcare. During his 8-year tenure at AMN, he was responsible for over $300 million in annualized revenue. Joe has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, along with international recruitment. Joe started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in New York City, where he obtained his CPA license.
