Request to Present at a Future RPOA Leadership Forum

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association's mission is "to educate the market about RPO" with resources including articles, white papers, and presentations. We're looking for RPO and business leaders to help us with our mission by presenting at our monthly RPOA Leadership Forum. Topics should be relevant, helpful, and impactful for business leaders, hiring managers, and recruitment professionals.

We invite you to share your skills and knowledge with our audience. Before you submit a request for consideration, please read through the guidelines below.

1. What is the RPOA Leadership Forum?

The RPOA Leadership Forum is an online presentation or panel discussion targeted to a mixed audience of business leaders, hiring managers, and recruitment professionals on a relevant topic.

Some suggested topics for presentations or discussions include:

  • Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) benefits, cost, risks, examples, best practices
  • Overcoming challenges in hiring and recruiting
  • Trends/technologies to leverage in staffing/recruitment (e.g., social media)
  • Recruiting strategy
  • Employment branding
  • The economy's impact on labor
  • Business Leaders and/or Industry Analysts perspective and insight
  • Hiring managers perspectives and insight

Still not sure what to present about? View some of our archived RPOA Leadership Forum presentations to help.

2. Tell us about yourself.

If you’d like to submit a request to present, we’d like to briefly get to know you first. Fill out the form on the left. Tell us about yourself, your idea and the possible title of the presentation you’d like to submit.

We will get back to you within 5 business days and either accept or deny your presentation (make sure to read the rest of the guidelines below to increase your chance of acceptance).

3. Your presentation content.

It’s important that the content for the RPOA Leadership Forum is high-quality and of value to our audience.

The RPOA Leadership Forum isn’t a place for advertising your product or service and presentations should be non-promotional. We will provide you with a PowerPoint template to create your slideshow presentation. You have the option to add your company logo to any slide. We use GoToWebinar to host and record the presentation. We reserve the right to publish the slideshow and video on our website and other online networks, and encourage you to share them with your networks as well.

4. If we approved your presentation idea and title, here’s what we need now.

After you email and introduce yourself and your idea, we will give you the go-ahead to submit your presentation abstract, please email us with the following:

  • Your presentation abstract as a Microsoft Word or plain text document. Explain to the audience what the presentation is about and why they should attend.
  • A headshot for your bio.
  • A 2-4 sentence bio to place with the presentation details. We don’t update bios on guest posts, so make it something lasting.
  • Your company logo.
We will contact you after we receive this information to schedule the event.

5. How we schedule presentations.

After we’ve received your submission, we’ll look it over and contact you to schedule the presentation. We schedule presentations out several weeks in advance to give you and us enough time to plan and promote.

6. Promoting your presentation.

When your presentation is scheduled, it’d be great if you could promote it through your company and social networks, and share other RPOA content that you find to be compelling and of use to your networks.
