John Younger (moderator), Chairman, Accolo
John Younger is the Chairman and Founder of Accolo, now a division of Orion Novotus. Accolo, headquartered in Lehi, UT, co-founded the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) and provides RPO solutions to small and mid-size businesses throughout the US. John is a frequent speaker for RPOA and other top industry organizations.
Self-described as a “recovering” software developer, John came to recruitment from a systems engineering and programming background. As a VP of human resources for Bank of America, John led technical recruitment for an organization of 16,000 people. He also designed and implemented the first on-site facilitator program with Olsten Corporation for the delivery of temporary services.

Pam Verhoff, President, Advanced RPO
Pam is an accomplished executive leader that has extensive experience building RPO businesses and solutions, as well as developing growth strategy. Pam is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, sales and marketing, operations, financial management and compliance for Advanced RPO. Her success has largely been a result of building high performance teams and creating a values-driven culture resulting in exceptional employee engagement.

Cory Kruse managed and drove all corporate operations and talent acquisition strategies as SVP, of Strategy and Solutions at Orion Talent.
Cory partnered with other members of the Orion Talent executive team, constantly stove to evolve and enriches recruiting strategies and product offerings, improved client and candidate relationship management, drove new customer acquisition, and enhanced the overall architecture, management, and delivery of talent acquisition services.
